Thank you, God, for giving us ...

This past week we have been focusing on giving thanks for all the wonderful blessings God has given us!

I am particularly thankful for this class ... what a blessing they are to me!

Making Caramel Apples

We carefully unwrapped 2 kilo's of caramels and placed them into a crock pot for the afternoon ...

then we dipped our apples in the smooth, creamy caramel!

What a sticky, tasty treat!

Pepero Day!

Although it's not that important of a holiday, we enjoyed sharing some yummy treats with our friends on November 11th, Pepero Day!

I'm pretty sure EVERYBODY was happy! Especially Mrs. Dyck!

Class Pictures

Miss Bigney decided to take us on a mini-field trip for class pictures! The 5th graders and us went up to Namsan and took some class photos with beautiful fall colors as our backgrounds!

It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed being out in the sunshine and fresh air!


Afterwards we got to eat McDonald's, everyone's favorite part of the day! We don't get to do it often, because we KNOW it's not very healthy, but it sure was a good memory!
